Codeholix Technologies ("Codeholix", "we", "us") is a software company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through codeholix.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and deliver projects. We do not sell your personal information.

- Project enquiry form: full name, email address, company or organisation, website or social profile, the service you need, estimated scope, target start date, and the project description you write.
- Email and calls: anything you send us directly, and details you share when booking or attending a call.
- During a project: files, credentials, content and business information you provide so we can do the work.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, used for security and to understand how the site is used.
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you visit.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare scope, timeline and cost estimates.
- To schedule and hold calls, and to deliver, support and invoice projects.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To contact you about your project or an existing enquiry. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and you can opt out at any time.
We process your information because it is necessary to respond to your request or perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business, or because the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to run our business:
- Service providers such as email, hosting, scheduling and communication tools that process data on our behalf.
- Professional advisers such as accountants or legal counsel, under confidentiality.
- Authorities when we are legally required to disclose information.
- A successor business if Codeholix is ever merged with or acquired by another company.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Project and billing records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Project files and credentials are removed or returned to you after delivery on request.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We work with clients worldwide and use tools hosted in different countries, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where we do this we take steps to keep it protected.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and receive a copy of it.
